SEALED-CLEAN FOUR-ROW BEARINGS can accommodate combined (radial and axial) loads at low to moderate speeds. They are used almost exclusively in work roll applications such as rolling mills.The sealed-clean bearing is a long life bearing because of the seal, but the seal also changes some characteristics of the bearing. The seal of the sealed-clean bearing does not perfectly shut off the oil.
